The User’s right to use the Site is non-transferable. Any password or right given to the User is not transferable.

Dr. Tula Paul and her affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for a user’s use of the Web Site, including any loss or damages.

(3) All components of the Web Site should be treated as information, a guide, or a starting point and should not be considered a substitute for professional psychological analysis/advice/treatment. Dr. Tula Paul is not providing psychological, health care, or other professional services within the Web Site. If professional services are desired or required, please contact a competent professional to engage in a therapeutic relationship. You are welcome to contact Dr. Paul via the contact form on the Web Site to request to begin a therapeutic relationship; separate from the use of the Web Site.

(4) You understand and acknowledge that your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to any defect in or dissatisfaction with the site is to cease using the site.
